Are course certificates free?
Certificates are provided free of charge for selected courses. If a fee applies, it will be clearly stated on the course information page.
Will I earn university-recognised credits from these courses?
Our courses are designed for professional and personal development. Unless otherwise stated, they do not count as official university credits.
I can’t find the course I’m looking for, do you offer it?
If you can’t find a particular course, it may not be available yet. Stay tuned on our website for updates or contact our support team for more information.
My certificate hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Please allow a few business days after completing your course for certificate processing. If you still haven’t received it, contact [email protected] with your course details.

How do I join a course?
Once you’ve found a course, click Course on the course page. You may need to log in or register before joining.
I can’t find where to join a course, what should I do?
Make sure you’re logged in. If the Course button isn’t visible, try refreshing the page or contact our support team for assistance.
How do I start my course once I’ve joined?
After enrolling, go to your Dashboard and select the course. Click Start Course to begin your first lesson.
How do I access my enrolled courses?
You can access your active courses anytime by logging into your account and check your ongoing courses.
How long will I have free access to a course?
Free access typically lasts for the duration of the course plus a short review period. Check each course page for specific access details.
Assignments and Quizzes
Can I retake quizzes or tests if I don’t pass the first time?
Yes. Most quizzes and tests can be retaken. Review your feedback before retrying to improve your results.
How do I get my certificate after completing a course?
You’ll automatically receive a digital certificate once you’ve completed all required lessons, quizzes, and assignments.
What should I do if my certificate hasn’t arrived yet?
If you haven’t received your certificate within a few days of completion, contact [email protected] with your course name and completion date.
Lessons and Facilitators
Do I need to be online at specific times?
Most courses are self-paced, meaning you can study anytime. If there are live sessions, their dates and times will be listed on your course page.
When does my course start?
Courses usually begin as soon as you join, unless stated otherwise. Scheduled or cohort-based courses will specify a start date.
Will facilitators or educators reply to my comments and questions?
Yes. Facilitators monitor course discussions and respond to questions regularly. Please allow some time for replies, especially during busy periods.
Can I download course materials for offline use?
Some materials, such as PDFs and slides, can be downloaded. Videos and interactive lessons must be accessed online.
